House Of Ingenuity does not guarantee that the information, materials, or content made accessible on or accessed through the Site is suitable or usable in other places, and it is forbidden to access them from countries where their contents are illegal.
The Site is subject to the following Terms of Use. Whether you are a "Registered User" (meaning you have created an account with House Of Ingenuity) or a "Visitor" (meaning you merely browse the Site), by accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site, including all separate content, materials, and information made available on or accessed through the Site, you attest that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. Do not use the site if you disagree. In these Terms of Use, "you" or "user" refers to either a Registered User or a Visitor. By amending this posting, House Of Ingenuity may alter these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time at its sole discretion without providing users with advance notice or incurring any obligation. It is your obligation to frequently review these Terms of Use for any updates. You will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the changes if you continue to use the website after they are posted.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent/guardian to make a purchase.
By using our Site, you confirm that you can enter into legally binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
2. Products and Availability
We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and availability.
We cannot guarantee that colors or details displayed on your device accurately reflect the Products.
We reserve the right to discontinue Products at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., USD], inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as noted).
Payment must be made in full at checkout through approved payment providers.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to over one hundred (100) countries around the world. Our shipping policy page outlines our shipping zones and the countries to which we ship. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and also on our shipping policy page.
Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
Risk of loss and ownership of Products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Refunds and Replacement
Refund or Replace claims will only be accepted within 15 days after the customer receives an order. There is an exception in cases of the package being "lost during shipping", in such cases, there is no 15-day window. A Refund or Replace claim will be accepted upon confirmation of the loss.
This is only applicable in cases of: Poor quality or damaged products, wrong product shipped, missing items, and design issues.
Refunds to the original payment account may take five (5) business days to appear. Refunds to the original payment are made to the customer's Bank account or PayPal account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in instances of quality issues.
Replaced items will be shipped free of cost for the customer only in instances of quality issues.

To initiate a refund or replacement, you can make contact by calling us at [876-863-2526] or by emailing us at [info@houseofingenuity.com] with your issue, your order number, and photos showing the issue, in cases of poor quality or damaged products, wrong product shipped, or a design issue. You can also visit our "Contact Us" page, leave a comment, along with your order number.
6. Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights
House Of Ingenuity and its licensors own the entire Site, its planning, its structure, its coordination and arrangement of content, its design, its selection, transcript, formation, its expression, “look and feel”, sequence and coordination to the Materials made available, accessible, or linked to the Site (which shall be referred to collectively as the Materials), which includes texts, puzzle artworks, graphic works, images and photographs, illustrations, video recordings, music and audio works, computer codes, data, trademarks, service marks, logos, taglines, commercial slogans, trade names and other proprietary and protected property, along with all the intellectual property and proprietary rights associated with them, shall be referred to as the Materials and shall be valued as the intellectual property of House Of Ingenuity or its licensors and shall be protected under Jamaica legislation and other international legislations. The other intellectual property rights belonging to House Of Ingenuity, alongside the dominion to the Materials, shall be valued as the Materials and dominion to the Site shall not be granted to the User of the site under any circumstances. No ownership of any of the Materials is transferred to you by your use of the Site.
Subject to any applicable exceptions, no part of the Materials may be downloaded, reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, displayed, posted or transmitted, or exploited in any commercial or non-commercial use of any kind or by any means without the written authorization of House Of Ingenuity (authorized personnel representing House Of Ingenuity) and the applicable rights holders or the House Of Ingenuity licensor.
All Marks as defined above situated on the Site or in the Materials, logos, taglines, slogans, service marks, the trademarks, and trade names equally protected and registered, as well as unregistered marks by House Of Ingenuity, its licensors, and other right holders, are not to be reproduced or used for commercial or non-commercial use of any kind.
Nothing in the Materials or on the Site should be interpreted as giving any kind of rights or permission.
7. Use Restrictions, Prohibited Conduct, and Uses
All forms of publishing or exploitation, commercial or promotional distribution of the Site or any of the Materials are and will remain forbidden until express prior written consent is granted by House Of Ingenuity (authorized representatives of House Of Ingenuity), any other applicable holders of rights, or House Of Ingenuity licensors. Aside from the rights expressly given, no part of the Site or any of the Materials may be downloaded, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, published, republished, reproduced, copied, modified, encoded, translated, or in any other way made available and distributed to any other computer, server, website or other medium to be published or distributed without prior written consent from House Of Ingenuity. House Of Ingenuity does not offer you any express or implied rights or licenses under any patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, with the exception of the limited permission mentioned in the paragraph above. The Site or any of the Materials may not be reproduced in any form or on any other website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law and in relation to the site and the materials or any other content or information displayed, distributed or otherwise made available on or through the site or the internet in any other form whatsoever, including, without limitation, the use or inability to use the site, any changes to or the site and any other services in delay or any other failures, any access, any change and any other unauthorized access, alteration of any data or other information, any other submissions by users or materials, the statements or information of any other person accessed on or through the said site, and whether or not House Of Ingenuity has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including without limitation any loss of business profits, any other form of direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, business interruptions and in any event, House Of Ingenuity, in no event, shall be liable for any of the said losses or to any of the said damages and more.

Please be aware that emails regarding service-related communications and "welcome" are not advertising in nature; as a result, there is no opt-out option. These are merely meant to inform the user of problems with the site or a service they have recently enrolled in.
