Full Refund/Replace

Refund or Replace claims will only be accepted within 15 days after the customer receives an order. There is an exception in cases of the package being "lost during shipping", in such cases, there is no 15-day window. A Refund or Replace claim will be accepted upon confirmation of the loss. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in instances of quality issues. Replaced items will be shipped free of cost for the customer only in instances of quality issues. Refunds to the original payment account may take five (5) business days to appear. Refunds to the original payment are made to the customer's PayPal account. |

Poor Quality or Damaged: If the customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or of poor quality. Email us to explain the issue and send a photo of the issue. Note: We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. For example, a puzzle box is damaged in shipping. |

Wrong Product Shipped: If the customer received the wrong product in their order. The customer can email us the order number, a photo of what was ordered, and a photo of the product that was received. |

Missing Items: If there are missing items in an order, please email us your order number and the missing items from the order. |

Lost During Shipping: We will accept claims if a package is confirmed to be lost. Either by receiving a lost confirmation email from the local courier or after we investigate and confirm the loss with the shipping carrier. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement of the package, with no waiting period required. If the package gets lost during shipping, please email us your order number. |
